Cuban Mule Cocktails
Ingredients
Makes one cocktail
Ice
2 oz. rum
Juice from half a lime
4 oz. ginger beer
Lime slices for garnish
Instructions
Place ice into a mule mug, add rum and lime juice, then slowly pour in the ginger beer; stir to combine. Garnish with lime slices and serve at once.
For a mocktail version (a delicious drink without the alcohol), leave out the rum and make sure the ginger beer you’re using is non-alcoholic.
