4 oz. caramel or caramel apple vodka
4 oz. fresh apple cider, chilled
24 oz. ginger beer, chilled
Cinnamon sticks, star anise, sliced apples, sliced oranges, as garnishment, as desired
A sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka and apple cider with ice; shake well.
Fill two copper mugs two-thirds full of ice, then divide the cocktail mixture between mugs.
Top off each mug with chilled ginger beer, then add garnishments and cinnamon as desired.
Serve at once.
