Ham Salad


1 lb. cooked ham, cut into large chunks
¾ - 1 cup mayonnaise, depending on how creamy you prefer your ham salad
¼ cup sweet pickle relish, more if preferred
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
1-2 tsp. prepared horseradish
2-3 Tbs. pure maple syrup


Place the ham chunks into a food-processor bowl; pulse to process the ham until it’s nicely minced. Place the minced ham into a large mixing bowl; stir in the remaining ingredients, then adjust the ingredients as desired. Serve on cocktail buns, rolled into leaf lettuce or piled-high on your favorite crackers.
