Garlic-Herb Butter
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
3 cloves garlic
2-3 Tbs. fresh Italian parsley
2 Tbs. fresh chives
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor; pulse to combine until the butter reaches the desired consistency and the fresh herbs are well distributed. Remove the butter from the food processor bowl to a sheet of wax paper. Form the butter into a log, then wrap with the wax paper, twisting the ends. Store butter in the fridge until ready to use. When ready to serve the butter, unwrap and slice the chilled butter into rounds. Delicious spread over a warm piece of crusty bread or topping off a grilled steak.
