Tea-Time Fruit Salad

Tea-Time Fruit Salad


1 lb. fresh strawberries, stemmed and chopped

1 lb. red grapes, halved lengthwise 

1 lb. chopped fresh pineapple

8-12 oz. fresh blueberries

4 kiwis, peeled and chopped

3 mandarin oranges (aka clementines or cuties) 

2 bananas, sliced 


1/4 cup honey

2 tsp lime zest

3-4 tsp. fresh lime juice 


Place the fruit into a large serving bowl. In a small bowl, whisk the dressing ingredients together until smooth. Pour the prepared dressing over the fruit; toss gently to coat. Serve at once.
