1 grilled pizza crust, warm
1-1 ½ cups jarred Alfredo sauce
6-8 slices of fresh mozzarella, each one about half-dollar size
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
10-12 slices cooked bacon, roughly chopped
1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan
1 cup baby greens, arugula or chopped baby spinach
red pepper flakes, as desired
Spread the Alfredo sauce over the crust as desired.
Top with the mozzarella cheese slices, grape tomatoes and bacon; sprinkle the Parmesan strips or shreds over the top.
Return the pizza to the preheated grill over medium heat, closing the lid to let the pizza cook a few minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pizza is hot throughout.
Remove the pizza from the grill.
Top with the mixed greens, red pepper flakes and more Parmesan, as desired.
Slide the pizza onto a large cutting board, letting it rest for five minutes before slicing it into wedges. Serve at once.
