Grilled Tilapia with Tropical Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

Old bay or Cajun seasoning, to taste
4 tilapia fillets (or any tender, mild fillets)
¼ cup fresh lime juice
zest of 1 lime
2 Tbsp. honey
1 mango, diced
1 peach, chopped (may substitute frozen, sliced peaches)
2 kiwis, diced
1 jalapeño, seeds and membranes removed, diced
1 red bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed, diced
¼ cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

Preheat a clean, oiled grilled to medium or medium high heat. Sprinkle the fillets with the seasoning blend. Grill the seasoned fillets for four to five minutes, turning once, or until the fillets are done and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.

Meanwhile, combine the lime juice, lime zest and honey in a medium bowl; add the fruits, jalapeño, red bell pepper and cilantro, tossing gently to coat. Serve the salsa over the grilled fish.
