- 15 strawberries, stems removed
- 10 fresh pineapple chunks
- 3 kiwi, peeled and quartered
- Other prefered fruit cuts
- Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, optional
- On each skewer, alternately thread strawberries, pineapple and kiwi.
- Grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve warm over ice cream if desired.
Makes 5 skewers.
