Grilled Fruit Kebabs


  • 15 strawberries, stems removed
  • 10 fresh pineapple chunks
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • Other prefered fruit cuts
  • Hy-Vee vanilla ice cream, optional


  • On each skewer, alternately thread strawberries, pineapple and kiwi.
  • Grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Serve warm over ice cream if desired.

Makes 5 skewers.
