Garlic Sauce for Shredded Beef Shawarmas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs. tahini
- Juice and zest of 1/2 a lime
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth.
Use sauce with the shredded beef shawarmas.
