Creamy Horseradish Sauce


1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
A dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
2-3 tsp. prepared horseradish, or to preferred taste
1 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed


Combine all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.

Keep chilled until you are ready to serve the prime rib.
