Au Jus


3 cups water
4 tsp. beef bouillon concentrate
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. soy sauce


Place all the ingredients into a sauté pan, whisking until the broth comes to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
