YOU WILL NEED:

• Glue
• Canvas
• Salt
• Watercolors or food coloring
• Paintbrush

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Using the glue, draw a snowflake on the canvas.

2.  Cover the glue snowflake in salt.

3. Shake off excess salt while the glue is still wet. Let dry completely overnight.

4. Mix watercolors or food coloring with water. Dip the paintbrush into the liquid, then touch it to areas of the salt snowflake. The salt will soak up the color and fill in the design.

5. Repeat until the snowflake is covered.

6.  Let dry and display.
