Chef Alli provides lighter recipes for your holiday season
Not often do we think of holiday meals as light offerings. Instead, they are often overflowing in dishes, calories and time.
If you'd like to scale things back a bit, you'll find my recipes here to be perfectly fitting. They're flavorful yet on the lighter side of the calorie range, and all of them are quick and easy to prepare, even the turkey breast. Of course, I nust admit the Apple Tart isn't exactly fat-free, but all good things in moderation, right? That's my story and I'm sticking to it... at least for this busy time of year.
