Overnight Oats

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats

1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 Tbs. chia seeds

1 Tbs. peanut butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup fruit of choice (frozen blueberries or fresh strawberries are great here) 

maple syrup or honey


Mix the old-fashioned oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and peanut butter with the milk in a mason jar. 

Put the fruit on top of the mixture. 

Place the lid on the jar and refrigerate. 

Drizzle the desired amount of maple syrup or honey on top when you’re ready to enjoy.
