Creamy Yogurt Sauce



1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbs. fresh mint, finely chopped
Generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl; reserve.

Serve with Lamb Meatball Pitas.
