Pulled Pork Walking Tacos

Ingredients

 

Optional Toppings:

  • shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped fresh cilantro
  • sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • salsa
  • chopped black olives
  • chopped avocados
  • guacamole
  • barbecue sauce
  • hot sauce

Instructions

  • Slice open the bag of corn chips along the SIDE.
  • Slightly crush the bag to break up the corn chips a little bit.
  • Pile the pulled pork into the bag on top of the corn chips, then add as many toppings as you’d like.
  • Eat at once!
