- 1 snack sized bag of Fritos or Doritos
- ⅓ cup fully cooked Spiced and Slathered Pulled Pork, warmed
- shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped fresh cilantro
- sour cream or Greek yogurt
- chopped black olives
- chopped avocados
- barbecue sauce
- hot sauce
- Slice open the bag of corn chips along the SIDE.
- Slightly crush the bag to break up the corn chips a little bit.
- Pile the pulled pork into the bag on top of the corn chips, then add as many toppings as you’d like.
- Eat at once!
