Honey-Mint Simple Syrup

Honey-Mint Syrup


  • Honey
  • Mint
  • Water


In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine equal parts honey and water; bring the mixture to a simmer, then gently whisk until the honey incorporates into the water.  Remove the saucepan from the heat and toss in 6-8 big sprigs of fresh mint, approx 70-80 leaves. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
