Cherry Lemonade Sports Drink
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup tart cherry juice
- 3 cups cold water
Instructions
In a glass measuring cup, heat the 1/2 cup of water in the microwave. Add to a large mason jar or pitcher. Add the salt and sugar and stir until they are completely dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients, then stir again to fully combine. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, then transfer to a water bottle or pour over ice.
