Berry Banana Trifles

Ingredients

These trifles just make my soul happy. When I create them for my guests, I continually find myself gazing into the fridge, admiring the fat little jars layered to the very brim. The only thing better than admiring them? Digging in.

1 box vanilla instant pudding, 3.4 oz.
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cold milk
12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
Assorted berries, as desired
Finely chopped pecans
Sliced bananas
Glass canning jars (short 1-pint jars easily serve two people)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine pudding with sour cream. Adding the milk a little at a time, beat until all milk is added and mixture is thick and smooth; beat in whipped topping.

Layer pudding, berries, bananas and pecans into jars as desired, filling to the top. Garnish with additional fruit and place into the fridge.

Serve once fully chilled.
