Microwave Cooking Recipes
Microwave Macaroni and Cheese
- ½ cup elbow macaroni
- ½ cup water
- 3 Tbs. milk
- 3-4 Tbs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a microwaveable mug, combine the water and macaroni; microwave for 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
Stir in the milk, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper; microwave another minute. Serve at once.
Microwave Omelette
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs. diced red or green bell pepper
- 2 Tbs. diced ham, pepperoni or Canadian bacon
- 1/4 cup fresh baby spinach, torn
- salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a microwaveable mug.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking process. Serve at once.
