Selection

Look for bright red berries without any white areas.  Avoid shriveled, watery or moldy berries.  Stained or leaking containers are an indication of damaged fruit. 

Kitchen Tip

To soften cream cheese, place into a large bowl and microwave in 30-second increments at 30% power until cream cheese reaches desired consistency.
