Storage

Shake the stems loosely and place them in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.  Add a piece of paper towel to absorb any condensation that may form inside the bag. 

Kitchen Tip

Pesto freezes well. Freeze small portions to enjoy fresh, summer flavors during the cold, winter months. Stir into pastas, spread onto breads or add to salad dressings.
