Keep the cucumbers wrapped in a plastic wrap and store them in your fridge.

Kitchen Tip 

To quickly seed a cucumber, simply cut it in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half again.  This will give you four equal lengthwise quarters, each in the shape of a triangle.  Using a paring knife, slice downward, starting at the top of the pointed, long edge of each quarter where the seeds are located, leaving just the cucumber flesh behind.
