Brussels Sprouts
Helpful tips on how to store and prepare brussels sprouts

Storage
Keep unwashed and untrimmed brussels sprouts in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator. Stored in a plastic bag, they can be kept for 10 days.
Kitchen Tip
Brussels sprouts are a very tasty addition to any salad- simply trim the fibrous end and remove any outer leaves that are discolored, then thinly slice each sprout using a sharp knife or mandolin.
