Homemade Ranch Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbs. dehydrated minced onion
1 Tbs. garlic powder
1 Tbs. dried parsley
1 Tbs. dried dill weed
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, stirring until well combined. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place. Dry dressing mix will keep for four to six months.

To use in place of store-bought ranch dressing mix packets:

Substitute 3 Tbs. of dry homemade ranch dressing mix for 1 oz. of store-bought packet.

To make ranch salad dressing:

Combine 3 Tbs. dry ranch dressing mix with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup milk; store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. 

To make ranch dip:

Combine 3 Tbs. dry ranch dressing mix with 1 cup sour cream; chill well.
